Art and all that Jazz returns for a free festival August 21st 2021. Each day we will feature one of our many talented groups that will be performing. We hope you all can join us for a "Celebration of Inclusion and Belonging" HOT BUTTERED SOUL! Ginger Commodore (Moore By Four), Ashley Commodore (Stokley/Sounds of Blackness/#MPLS/Mambo’s Combo) and Jesse Larsen (Stokely/The Voice) are bringing soulful music of the 60s, 70s & 80s to life. Those classic soul songs like “What’s Going On?” and “Higher Ground“, “Cruisin’”, “As”. Hear songs from Stevie Wonder, Mavis Staples, Aretha Franklin and more. Joined by a phenomenal band that includes Jacob Dodd on keys, Erik Yakk Yates on bass, Brandon Commodore on drums, Deevo plays guitar and Daryl Boudreaux is on percussion.
